While a massive website project the size of this one may seem overwhelming, you can always start small. For Tire Barn, we developed our web marketing strategy and tested our concepts on one location in Knoxville, Tennessee for a period of 3 months. Several iterations later, at a fraction of the cost of the complete project, we had tremendous analytic data on site usage and search engine marketing effectiveness. With a proven solution in hand, all we had to do was scale.
Using technology to improve business is not always about increasing sales. Removing road blocks and decreasing response times at key points in your sales cycle can be just as financially rewarding. For Tire Barn we focussed on providing web tools to automate online pricing requests, tools for stores to communicate with purchasing at the corporate office, and built a solid search engine marketing strategy that is generating new customers 24 hours a day, and an Intranet site to share training and timely information with all employees.
If a company commits themselves to using the web as a marketing tool, just as this client did, then our work is never really done. For Tire Barn, we'll continuing to analyze website usage, set goals and conversions for website traffic, manage, measure and track the effectiveness of search engine marketing campaigns, and most importantly we'll help them continue to improve their business.
